I wanted to send you a note letting you know how GREAT Darryl Elder is, and has been to us at The Mall at Short Hills. Over the past 2 years while I have been managing the exterior operations at the mall Darryl has always been super responsive and has insured prompt and courteous service.Over the last few week we required almost daily service during our paving and concrete rehabilitation. Concrete excavation and asphalt milling caused numerous broken PVC branch and main pipes, and cut valve wires… Most of our irrigation infrastructure sat in poured concrete or right under it… these breaks were unavoidable. I did issue a NTE requisition, to cover all the above and beyond materials and labor, but the flexibility and cooperative nature Darryl showed through this process was noteworthy. Effron and his assistant arrived at 6am many mornings, to insure their work could be done before the concrete trucks rolled in at 730. This helped insure our project could keep on schedule.The project is now complete, and your irrigation team is the BEST!!! Effron under Darryl's leadership, came through in every case, on every issue.I’m sure you know these guys are true assets for your company. I wanted you to know how much your customers appreciate and take notice of the service provided by competent professionals like Darryl and Effron.

As we wind down another season here at Allaire, I would be remiss if I didn't stop to tell you what an amazing job High Tech has done for Allaire this past year.Brian has won the respect of the board and homeowners alike by his professional, prompt attention to all of Allaire's landscaping issues/needs/concerns. As we know, people are more likely to complain that compliment. However, in Brian's case, Brian bucks the norm. and there are no shortage of "fans" here in Allaire (myself included) who call and praise the way Brian and his team handle the landscaping here in the community.Darryl Elder further compliments Brian's outstanding work and we have been thrilled by how quickly Darryl has addressed any and all of our irrigation issues. It was not easy to sell the board on wrapping the community's irrigation needs back into our landscaping company (they had used Anderson Hoyt for the past several years) because of disasters we had with that in the past. However, High Tech shined bright once again and has shown the value of having all of our services wrapped together under the High Tech umbrella; with both the board and owners alike all being very impressed by the outstanding workmanship throughout the season.The community looks FABULOUS and I am constantly stopped by people telling me how pleased and proud they are of the beautiful way Allaire's landscaping is maintained. I just wanted to take a few minutes to commend Odi Xoyatka and his irrigation crew for the fine work they are doing at South Knolls. When High Tech took over the irrigation at South Knolls it took Odi and his crew multiple months to resolve the countless issues leftover by DTE. By the end of the 2016 season I felt that the irrigation system was working better then it had in multiple years.This year with upgrades to the Rain Bird hardware and software and Odi's fine work the irrigation system was again working as designed.Odi is hard working organized and reliable. He is an asset to both South Knolls and High Tech and we are happy to have him as part of our team.
