Maintenance:

Enabling nature to become grandeur is our craft, but it does take a commitment that every property owner must embrace. Due to the full scope of seasons we experience in the Garden State, seasonal maintenance of your irrigation system is a necessity.

The wide range of temperatures and precipitation your property may experience in a given year can have adverse effects on your irrigation system’s performance. Our technicians are equipped with the knowhow necessary to properly maintain your system. Catching inefficiencies or damages before they progress is what will allow you to get the most value from your investment.

Our contracts allow us to take care of your system worry free. From opening to seasonal inspections and then closing your systems, you can rest assured that it will be properly handled.

*Contract Holders Receive Preferred Scheduling

Our Maintenance Process follows a seasonal three-step approach:

Season Opener

Opening your system requires the homeowner to be present to allow access to the controller, and for the property’s water lines to be turned on. From there, our technician will:

  • Set a water schedule and perform diagnostics.
  • Ensure the main line is filled and leak-free.
  • Inspect all sprinkler heads.
  • Inspect for proper system coverage.

Mid-Season*

At this time we perform a full system diagnostic, from the controller to zones and individual heads to ensure that your system is responding properly to the temperature shift and scheduled usage.

Winterization

Preparing your system for the cold months prevents pipes from freezing and thwarts potential damage to your system. This is fundamental to gaining the maximum value from your irrigation system investment and a necessary component of system maintenance.
