As High Tech Landscapes, Inc. continues to expand and diversify personnel, we are thrilled to have Steven Cozza as our Chief Executive Officer. Commencing his professional career in the Bound Brook Police Department, Steve retired as a Lieutenant serving as the Patrol and Administrative Services Bureau Commander after 25 years of dedicated service. While serving with the police department, Steve was the Incident Commander for the 2007 Nor’easter flooding and also during the 1999 Hurricane Floyd disaster, where he was consequently awarded the Meritorious Service Medal—New Jersey National Guard’s highest civilian honor. Steve continued to expand his horizons by obtaining his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Centenary College and received his Masters Degree in Administrative Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Starting in January, 2008 through May, 2011, Steve held the title of Director of Records Management and Archives for the County of Somerset and Project Manager for the State of New Jersey PARIS Grant program for Somerset County. Steve was re-appointed by Governor Christie as the Assembly Minority Representative to a state commission which focuses on structural support and administrative streamlining of county and municipal government functions. Adding to his public sector repertoire is one unexpired term on the Bound Brook Board of Education, along with a second full three year term and also acting as Board President for one and a half years. Steve has maintained his educational focus by teaching in the Masters of Administrative Science Program as an Adjunct Professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University, Petrocelli College School of Continuing Education. Along with all these accomplishments Steve has been happily married to his wife Denise for over 27 years. They have 2 children, Hayes and Santino. Steve is very proud of his family and enjoys spending as much time with them as possible and is very grateful to them for allowing him to accomplish all his professional goals during his lifetime. High Tech feels exceptionally privileged and honored to have Steve as part of our growing company since May 2011, as we employ his structural tactics and regimented background to our day-to-day operations.
